What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve AI or digital products where I can combine Amharic language expertise, structured AI evaluation, localization, and Agile product delivery.

I've evaluated AI-generated Amharic and English content for Lionbridge AI and TELUS International AI, using structured accuracy, fluency, relevance, safety, and RLHF-style ranking frameworks. I translate, localize, annotate, and quality-check multilingual datasets while identifying mistranslations, hallucinations, tone inconsistencies, and cultural mismatches.

At Addis Finders, I lead product strategy and Agile delivery for ERP, CRM, and marketplace platforms as a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. My work with Jimma University’s innovation team includes eCHIS reporting, healthcare dashboards, usability evaluations, and patient-flow visualization and prediction research.
