I’m an entry-level customer service professional with 11 months of experience as a customer service representative in a voice and chat process. I focus on clear communication, active listening, and problem solving to help customers effectively.

I take pride in using my computer literacy and communication skills to stay responsive and accurate in fast-paced interactions. My strengths—time management, dedication, and attentiveness—support consistent performance and customer care.

Beyond work, I’ve participated in multiple seminars and webinars, including topics like climate change and genomics to conservation, and I’ve taken part in National Science Day activities. I also worked on an educational project on organic farming to promote a healthier environment and community.
