I’m an IT Project Manager based in Armenia, focused on delivering SaaS, AI-powered, and enterprise software products end-to-end. I bring 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams from requirements through release, keeping sprint output aligned with stakeholder and product goals.

In my current role at BeeWeb Solutions, I manage complex technical projects that involve AI, mobile, and cloud systems. I coordinate stakeholder communication, define technical requirements, and lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, risk management, and release cycles—while ensuring product stability through structured testing, monitoring, and issue resolution.

I also drive integrations and delivery reliability. Across projects, I coordinated third-party platforms (including MS Teams, Stripe, and invoicing systems), established CI/CD pipelines with DevOps, and supported real-time collaboration via Socket integration. From MVP delivery to pilot readiness and stakeholder onboarding, I ensure teams deliver iterative value using Agile methodologies.

Before this, as an IT Business Development Manager at Rocket Systems, I created business development strategy, researched market trends, built client relationships, and partnered with sales to craft proposals—strengthening my ability to translate business needs into actionable product and project plans.
