I am a strategic and data-driven Product Manager with a proven record of building and scaling products across fintech, consumer tech, and hospitality domains. Currently, I lead product growth at SaveSage through new vertical launches and enhancing user engagement with AI-led automation. I am experienced in managing end-to-end product lifecycles — from problem discovery and UX design to monetisation and post-launch analytics.

At MakeMyTrip, I spearheaded enhancements to the Quality Score algorithm, elevating the visibility of top-performing hotels and boosting customer satisfaction with Net Promoter Score integration. Similarly, my work at Zomato led to a rise in user adoption rates and a significant increase in revenue. It is the ability to connect customer needs with actionable strategies that fuels my passion for product management.

In my entrepreneurial venture - Wichcraft House of Sandwiches (local Sandwich brand), I turned a passion for culinary experiences into a thriving business with annual revenue upwards of ₹35 Lakhs (FY23-24).
