I’m looking for a role where I can combine compassionate, person-centered caregiving with customer-first service and leadership. I want a team that values communication, documentation, and steady problem-solving to improve client outcomes and satisfaction.

I’m a versatile, results-driven professional with over 13 years of progressive experience in the banking industry, advancing to management-level roles, and 4+ years in the BPO sector specializing in email support, chat support, and inbound and outbound customer service. I’m also a certified caregiver in the USA, with hands-on experience providing compassionate, person-centered care.

In my branch leadership roles in the Philippines, I managed daily operations, ensured compliance with banking policies and regulations, supervised and trained staff, and worked to achieve sales targets.
