At GUDI, I define the functional architecture and requirements for a cultural marketplace app, organizing its roadmap across marketplace, profiles, feed, map, coupons, rewards, and administration. I coordinate designers, developers, and stakeholders through builds, QA, TestFlight, Android release testing, and version tracking.
I've also delivered multi-stakeholder cultural and social projects through Little John and Instituto Besouro de Fomento Social, including international tour planning, feasibility studies, budgets, field operations, and UNHCR-partnered employability programs. I work across technical and non-technical teams in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
