I’m looking for an early childhood teaching role where I can lead day-to-day learning, collaborate with co-teachers, and build strong parent communication—using structured lesson planning to support toddler cognitive and developmental growth.

I’m a motivated early childhood educator who advanced from substitute to lead teacher in just 2 months. I deliver cognitive and early development instruction to toddlers by managing classroom schedules, coordinating with co-teachers, and planning weekly lessons.

I bring strong communication with parents and meticulous attention to detail in lesson planning and daily activities. I prioritize effective classroom management to improve engagement and keep families informed.
