I am a dedicated and highly organized preschool teacher with a passion for fostering a positive learning environment for young children. Currently, I serve as the Lead Preschool Teacher at Springstone Montessori School, where I effectively manage daily schedules and coordinate activities that promote both educational and social development among students.

My experience includes advancing from an assistant position to a lead role at Discovery Jungle Preschool, where I honed my skills in communication and conflict resolution. I believe in the importance of collaboration, and I work closely with parents and fellow educators to ensure that each child's needs are met.
