What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead engaging, safe learning for young students, use formative assessment to track progress, and collaborate closely with teachers and families while growing in elementary education.

I’m a Preschool Teacher who enforces learning and behavioral expectations through verbal prompts, modeling, and physical guidance while maintaining a safe environment for children after school. I lead small groups during structured learning time, conduct formative assessments, and prepare lesson plans and materials. I communicate effectively with fellow staff and parents verbally and digitally.

Before my current role, I supported students as a Teaching Assistant and strengthened my teaching practice through tutoring since 2017 and after-school support roles. I’m also pursuing a Master’s of Elementary Education, and I bring a consistent focus on student progress—helping learners understand assignments, track growth, and build confidence with clear routines and collaboration with teachers and parents.
