I’m a Senior Operations Analyst specializing in U.S. healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with experience in claims, billing operations, payer workflows, denials, reconciliation, QA, and process improvement.

Over the course of my career, I’ve progressed from handling day-to-day RCM operations to taking on responsibilities in quality assurance, training, issue investigation, and workflow improvement. I’ve completed 1,800+ QA reviews and trained multiple cohorts of RCM analysts across key billing and operational processes.

I enjoy solving complex problems, identifying the root cause of operational issues, and finding practical ways to improve accuracy and efficiency.
