At Murad–Unilever Prestige, I manage people operations across benefits, bi-weekly payroll, HRIS data integrity, leave administration, employee relations, and the full employee lifecycle. I serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees while supporting compliance, onboarding, offboarding, and open enrollment.
Previously at St. Joseph Center, I led HRIS implementation and migration efforts and partnered with HR leadership on competency models, development frameworks, and compensation strategies. I also bring experience translating employee feedback into engagement, culture, and retention improvements.
