I’m a consulting professional with more than 26 years of experience helping clients create measurable value through Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain Management, and Procurement Transformation. I lead value-creating programs for big companies across sectors with recurring depth in CPG, Beverages, and Agri-business, and I’ve driven transformations sized up to +70 people from different countries.

At KPMG (in License), I’m the Mexico and Central America Digital Transformation Partner, overseeing a practice covering Digital Transformation (Digital Strategy and Low Code development), Intelligent Automation (including RPA, Process Mining and AI), and Data & Analytics—supervising 20 consultants and owning P&L and growth strategy. I also served as AI Country Lead (2024-2025), responsible for planning and implementing the AI Global Strategy for the Mexican firm, including tool deployment, change management, training, and AI adoption. As a founder via Creativa Enterprises, I continue to deliver business transformation work—such as services innovation and major business model transformation—to act as a client trusted advisor with strong C-level relationships.
