I design communication, training, and reinforcement plans across business units. My work at Xignux has also supported cross-cultural adoption in Mexico, the U.S., and Brazil.
Previously, at Sintec, I developed change management plans for transformation programs that achieved 90%+ adoption in LATAM and the US. At Plexus Consulting, I supported ERP deployments and contributed to operational efficiencies and structural redesigns that generated over $1M USD in savings across multiple clients.
