I’m a results-driven HR professional with 1+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management at Tata Consultancy Services. I manage campus & volume hiring pipelines across multiple streams, consistently processing 10,000+ registrations and advancing ~5,000 candidates per recruitment cycle.

I bring a strong HR generalist foundation across documentation, compliance tracking, policy adherence, onboarding and induction, and employee lifecycle coordination. I’m also data-driven in how I operate—building live HR dashboards and recruitment funnel reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI to deliver weekly/monthly workforce analytics (time-to-hire, conversion rates, and attrition risk).
