What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to lead legal, governance, compliance, and enterprise risk initiatives while partnering with Boards, executives, regulators, and stakeholders to strengthen accountability and sustainable organizational growth.

At the Saskatchewan College of Opticians, I serve as Registrar and Executive Director, advising Council and executive leadership on governance, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk, and legislative interpretation. I lead governance strategy, regulatory filings, Annual General Meetings, corporate records, and policies supporting approximately 250 members.

Previously, I held Corporate Secretary roles at NCDEX e Markets, Quest Softech, and Skechers South Asia, where I developed compliance frameworks, supported Boards, incorporated companies and LLPs, prepared listed-entity reporting, and vetted commercial agreements. With 16+ years in legal and governance work, I bring Chartered Secretary credentials, AI Security & Governance certification, and ongoing NCA accreditation toward Canadian legal qualification.
