As a Director, Legal and Compliance at Morgan Stanley, I work on AI policy and compliance—designing and implementing AI Risk Categorization frameworks aligned with EU AI Act standards. I lead Conformity Assessments and Technical Documentation protocols for “High-Risk” AI systems, and I partner across global markets to balance competing AI governance requirements while meeting transparency and accountability mandates.

I also integrate technical oversight into real operations by collaborating with technical teams to apply Human-in-the-loop (HITL) oversight and bias mitigation testing in automated fraud detection and wealth management models. Previously, as a Senior Analyst in Information Security and a Specialist, Cyber Defense Fusion, I led investigative work on password breaches and internal compliance concerns, automated processes with MS Excel macros, and ensured security audits for identity documentation and access management.
