During my tenure at Bigstep Technologies, I owned the end-to-end product lifecycle for Channelize.io, a B2B SaaS video commerce platform serving SMB merchants across Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento. As the sole Product Manager leading a 7-member cross-functional team, I scaled the platform from 1,000 to 3,000+ merchants across 35 countries, drove 4x MRR growth, and tracked over $5M in GMV. I repositioned the product from live-only shopping to a broader video commerce model by launching shoppable video, restructured pricing and packaging to cut support queries by 60-70%, and shipped 30+ impactful features over 24 months.

In my final phase at Bigstep, I shifted into a client-facing product role where I ran multiple parallel delivery pods, owned pre-sales product discovery, and led delivery on two internal GenAI POCs covering RAG-based document Q&A and a voice-enabled regulatory data assistant. This is where my AI product work began, and it is the space I am actively deepening through the HelloPM AI PM program.
