At WorkSpan, I built and scaled AI Teammate, a GenAI co-sell assistant that generated approximately $1.6M ARR across 60+ enterprise customers. I also led the 0-to-1 build of Partner Desk, an AI-native platform that generated approximately $900K ARR across 25+ enterprise customers.
I turn complex, multi-source enterprise workflows into products that people can use quickly. My work includes LLM orchestration across five-plus data sources, autonomous market-intelligence agents, CRM-embedded partner recommendations, and an LLM-as-a-Judge evaluation framework that raised chatbot response acceptance from 25% to 63.8%.
Before WorkSpan, I led health campaign, supply-chain, warehouse, returns, vendor, and logistics products at eGovernment Foundation and Arzooo.com. These products improved campaign effectiveness, supported medical interventions for 50M+ beneficiaries, reduced returns, accelerated delivery, and scaled supplier platforms.
I own the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through engineering delivery and go-to-market, with a focus on shipping products that change how people actually work.
