I manage backlogs and delivery readiness, validate ISO 20022 payment workflows, create PRDs, lead user research, and built a Python data-validation utility that reduced financial-reporting effort by up to 86%.
Previously at IBM and Infosys, I translated requirements into delivery scenarios, led release readiness and QA for enterprise applications, and managed sprint priorities, defect triage, regression cycles, and stakeholder updates. With 9+ years across payments, cards, and QA automation, I'm transitioning from SDET into product management with end-to-end delivery experience.
