I'm looking for a customer service role where I can support customers, manage feedback and data, contribute to service quality, and continue learning.

At Atiya Healthcare, I collect post-delivery feedback from patients and support them with dietary precautions, medication adherence, and service-related questions.

I maintain accurate daily data through validation and collation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, then publish reports for internal service-performance tracking.

I work toward a 90% CSAT target by communicating patient observations to relevant teams and helping improve each customer interaction.
