As an Onboarding and Offboarding Specialist, I managed the smooth integration and departure processes for employees across 17 locations in Germany. This involved close coordination with IT, Asset Management, candidates, and senior management to ensure a seamless experience.

I led a team of 6 recruiters, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. My responsibilities included implementing HR operations, generating and analyzing MIS reports, and introducing process improvements to enhance efficiency.

I executed the translation of technical documents across engineering, business, and IT domains. I leveraged TRADOS for efficient translation and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

As an Executive Assistant, I provided comprehensive support to the General Manager and assisted the HR Team with employee engagement initiatives. I also offered onsite translation and interpretation support, facilitating clear communication.
