As Head of E-commerce for a D2C beverage brand, I led the portfolio online GTM across D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce—generating ₹50 Cr+ digital revenue in 18 months with full accountability across revenue, contribution margin, inventory, and working capital.

I drive measurable performance through pricing, pack architecture, channel mix, and promo strategy, delivering ~25% AOV uplift and building repeat engines via online-exclusive SKUs and replenishment formats. Previously, I helped brands grow 10×–30× through disciplined acquisition, unit economics, retention, and marketplace optimization; I also scaled businesses from 0–1 to strong profitability (including building a bootstrapped D2C brand to ₹15 Cr ARR).
