What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my editorial, writing, copyediting, and publication-design experience to a collaborative literary or publishing team.

At Etchings Magazine, I analyze fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and art; collaborate on publication selections; proofread and copyedit manuscripts; and create interior layouts in Adobe InDesign.

I've also served as a Whirling Prize Literary Judge, selecting final works, creating public-media citations, publicizing winners, interviewing authors, and participating in a podcast. As a Literary Agent Assistant at Midwest Writers Workshop, I scheduled pitches and communicated with writers through email.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Art in English Professional Writing with a Creative Writing minor, bringing organization, research analysis, and thoughtful collaboration to literary and publishing work.
