At American Short Fiction, I lead the Insider Prize reading team, select finalists with co-editors, manage the Submittable queue, and provide feedback, copy edits, and line edits to writers. I also coordinate public winner announcements, partner with faculty and institutions, collaborate with LitHub, and engage incarcerated writers through correctional-facility visits.

At The Rumpus, I review Spanish-language fiction and essays, solicit work, interview writers in English and Spanish, and help select competition finalists. With more than six years of writing and editing experience, I bring research, communication, leadership, and careful attention to detail to literary communities.
