I’m an Operations & Communication professional with 19+ years of international experience and 6+ years working in Japan across architecture, leadership, stakeholder communication, project coordination, and independent business operations. I’ve built results in high-pressure multicultural environments by coordinating across teams and consultants, working directly with clients, and moving responsibilities across multiple project stages.

Today, I’m transitioning into people-focused and operational roles, using strengths in communication, relationship management, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. As Founder & Independent Practitioner (RESET), I manage an independent facilitation practice—running 1-on-1 sessions and communication-based programs—while independently owning client communication, scheduling, onboarding, and service coordination.
