I've spent five years at Apple across operations, Infrastructure Services technical program management, and customer-facing site rollouts. I supported hardware operations, auditing, inventory, vendor management, and technical customer engagement.
During a one-year Technical Program Manager rotation in Apple Infrastructure Services, I coordinated cross-functional work using Kanban, Gantt planning, and OmniGraffle. I also mentored others and drove results as a Technical Expert.
