Promoted to Senior Project Manager in April 2026 in recognition of expanded leadership and demonstrated impact across the mentor cadre strengthening program. Designed a Continuous Mentor Professional Development program and advocated with state leadership to widen ARP eligibility criteria.

Led end-to-end ARP recruitment for 4,172 positions across 75 districts and 880 blocks, successfully hiring 3,372 ARPs. Designed and operationalized comprehensive training programs for the full mentor cadre and launched the Academic Supportive Supervision App.

Strategised to articulate urgent concerns around food procurement losses and partnered with the Chief Minister's office to draft a letter to the Prime Minister. Conducted data analysis to optimise the Free Travel Bus Women Policy's expenditure and contributed to Punjab Model 2.0.

Developed a project proposal integrating an action-oriented gender curriculum into Delhi MCD schools, securing funding from Rise Up. Trained core team on the Log Frame Analysis Approach and Results-based Framework.

Led a needs assessment in UP on gendered digital access, toxic masculinity, rural women's livelihoods, and mental health. Analysed qualitative and quantitative data and presented findings to senior management.

Designed and administered a Covid-19 impact survey reaching 7,000 respondents and trained 36 field surveyors. Led needs analysis on barriers faced by young women in advancing careers and developed a 3-year project proposal.

Screened 200 loan requests and undertook risk analysis. Appraised housing loans for low-income applicants with fieldwork across multiple cities.
