Responsible for delivering employability skills training on various modules to Senior division NCC cadets.

Working closely with the Secretary WCD, GNCTD as part of a core committee of 5 members restructuring the overall Anganwadi Model in Delhi impacting ~6,50,000 beneficiaries. Providing PMU support for policy, research, coordination, communication, and project management functions.

Advised District Project Officers in strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of the 'Poshan Bhi, Padhai Bhi 2.0' initiative across multiple districts in Madhya Pradesh. Managed a team, collaborated with District Collectors and WCD departments, and spearheaded initiatives benefiting ~700,000 children aged 3-6 years.

Developed a roadmap for a Mentor & Mentee initiative to provide one-on-one handholding for 200 students to facilitate the placement process.

Conducted secondary research on 'Prevalence of Hypertension in Aging Population of India' and analyzed the Longitudinal Ageing Study of India (LASI) dataset. Developed a report and presented findings to the Director of ICMR-NIMS.

Analyzed global best practices on data protection and the Digital Data Protection draft bill. Wrote a policy brief under the supervision of the director of public policy and developed research methodology for a primary survey.

Built and led a 6-member cross-functional team during the startup phase, designed onboarding systems from scratch, and implemented streamlined content workflows. Spearheaded location strategy for two operational hubs, increasing monthly customer base from 450 to 1,200 users.

Managed day-to-day activities for a 10-day NCC camp with 400 cadets and trained cadets for national camps on various AINSC camp related events.

Completed M.A. in Public Policy and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Hyderabad in 2024.
