At Government of Punjab, I authored and blueprinted the Aam Aadmi Pind Clinics rollout, a 2,500-clinic telemedicine scheme bringing essential drugs and diagnostics to rural Punjab. I also administer a ₹135 Cr+ Vibrant Village Programme portfolio and helped move Gurdaspur’s Aspirational Block ranking from #81 to #1 in the zone.
At Piramal Foundation, I led organisational development across Bihar’s 38 districts and delivered capacity-building programmes that trained 5,000+ officials, helping the state’s iGoT Karmayogi platform rise from #18 to #1 nationally. During the 2025 Punjab floods, I commanded the District Command & Control Room’s rescue coordination across 88 villages; the response saved 1,139 lives.
