I’m a results-driven finance and accounting professional with 7 years of diverse experience, specializing in O2C within a SaaS environment. I focus on managing end-to-end collections to ensure timely customer payments and reduce Days Sales Outstanding.

In my current role as a Collection Analyst at Confluent India Private Limited, I manage overdue accounts, resolve payment delays, and maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions. I also obtain and validate Withholding Tax (WHT) certificates, coordinate approvals with the tax team, and process write-offs for outstanding WHT invoices.

I’ve strengthened my impact across multiple systems and stakeholders, collaborating with Billing, Legal, Tax, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and queries. I negotiate payment plans and settlements when needed, prepare Accounts Receivable aging reports, and support forecasting by tracking overdue invoices by aging buckets.

Previously at Oracle India Private Limited, I worked on portfolios with 90+, 120+, and 360+ day invoices, assessing portal credit worthiness to minimize bad debts. Earlier, at Infosys BPM Limited, I processed travel and non-travel claims as a Senior Process executive—reviewing requests against policy limits, initiating weekly payments, and responding to employee queries.
