I’m looking to join a team where I can run full-cycle IT recruitment, conduct technical screening for data/cloud roles, and mentor candidates—especially for UK, Europe, and Canada—using ATS-driven pipeline management and visa/compliance guidance.

I’m an IT Recruitment and International Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in full life cycle recruiting, technical candidate screening, and international placement across the UK, Europe, and Canada.

I lead end-to-end sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management using ATS tools, while managing stakeholders and improving offer outcomes through strong coaching and process discipline.

My technical background in Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Delta Lake, PySpark, and SQL helps me accurately validate data engineering and cloud candidates—covering ETL/ELT, data modeling, and transformation skills.

I also guide candidates through UK Skilled Worker Visa, EU Blue Card, and Canada Express Entry/NOC requirements, and I’ve supported faster hiring decisions by serving as a technical point of contact between clients and candidates.
