What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can own recruitment—CV screening, interviews, and onboarding—while supporting compliance, vendor coordination, and employee engagement. I bring organized tracking, HRIS basics, and clear communication to help teams hire and retain talent.

I’m an MBA graduate with a strong focus on Human Resource Management, and I enjoy turning structured processes into better hiring and smoother onboarding. I bring hands-on recruitment experience and a clear, organized approach to HR work.

In my HR Internship, I screened CVs, conducted telephonic interviews, scheduled interviews, and supported employee onboarding. I also maintained a hiring tracker, managed datasheets, and handled parts of compliance work.

I’ve worked closely on vendor coordination and compliance, while supporting employee engagement and organizing internal events. I communicate confidently, collaborate well, and stay dependable with follow-through across HR tasks.

Beyond experience, I’ve volunteered in community and event coordination roles, reinforcing my interest in HR operations. I’m motivated to keep learning and contribute to a team that values process, care for people, and consistent execution.
