At Bridgestone, I architected a Kafka-based event platform that processes 6K+ events per second and helped reduce event-to-dispatch latency by 80%. I also delivered the Dealer Technician App backend, enabling technicians to capture Proof of Work and coordinate through real-time workflows.
I designed an after-hours assignment engine that automated technician assignment for 1M+ roadside assistance events. I also led four backend engineers and migrated legacy services to AWS.
At Bridgestone, I built a Kinesis-to-Databricks streaming platform that ingests and transforms 50+ GB per day, and developed a LangGraph incident-triage solution integrating PagerDuty alerts with runbook retrieval and remediation recommendations.
Previously, I worked at BDIPLUS on payment workflows, refunds, and database performance, and at Sprinklr on real-time credit scoring, search, and cloud delivery. I also built an AI workflow platform and a progressive canary deployment platform as projects.
