I've completed two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SD implementations for Pharmaceutical and Electronics clients at Xapotech Systems, translating business requirements into configured order-to-cash solutions.
I configure enterprise structures, sales documents, pricing, billing, customer master data, credit management, rebate processing, output determination, inter-company processes, and MTO/MTS scenarios. I also prepare FSDs, coordinate ABAP enhancements, and lead SIT, UAT, integration testing, and stakeholder workshops.
Earlier, I supported Royal Bank of Scotland credit card Collection and Recoveries processes at Infosys by designing COBOL and SQL programs, analyzing defects, testing integrations, and preparing design and test documentation.
