I’m a techno-functional SAP SD S/4HANA consultant with 4+ years of experience, including 1 end-to-end implementation, multiple application support engagements, and testing projects. I work across the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle—order management, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, and credit management—translating business needs into SAP SD solutions using SAP ASAP with strong business process analysis.

I bring hands-on depth in SAP SD configuration and customization, including sales document setup, partner/text/output determination, pricing condition technique, tax and revenue account determination, copy control, batch determination, and credit/risk checks. I’m experienced with special SD processes like Consignment, Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Sales, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and Individual Purchase Orders (IPO), and I support Logistics Execution (LE) topics such as route/shipping point determination, delivery scheduling, and shipment cost documents.

On the integration and delivery side, I’ve worked extensively with EDI/ALE IDoc processing (inbound and outbound), message monitoring, error resolution, and reprocessing—covering transaction sets like 850/855/940/945. I also support SAP–cross-module integration (SD–FI/CO, SD–MM, STO/ATP/TOR) and coordinate development using WRICEF/RICEF and ABAP enhancements (reports, interfaces, forms, user exits/BADIs/BAPIs/function modules). In recent work, I even built and tested a custom transaction (ZSD_SB_UPDATE) to push quote/order updates to Salesforce (SFDC) and supported training, documentation, cutover, go-live, and hyper-care.
