I'm currently supporting SAP SD implementations at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing across Blueprint, Realization, Testing, and Go-Live phases.
I translate client requirements into system specifications and configure enterprise structures, sales order management, delivery processing, billing, pricing procedures, output determination, and partner determination.
I also support SAP SD-FI integration for revenue posting and tax accounting, migrate legacy data using LSMW, and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. I work closely with Basis, Security, ABAP, and other functional teams to complete project work.
Previously at Accenture Solutions, I resolved end-user and ticketing issues involving pricing, sales documents, item categories, and schedule line categories. I helped increase client satisfaction by 25%, trained more than 100 end users, and facilitated UAT with a 98% stakeholder acceptance rate.
