I'm currently supporting Solventum at Deloitte USI, resolving SAP SD intercompany and intra-company issues across ServiceNow and Jira. I configure enterprise structure and output determination, address pricing and UOM conversion issues, and support transport movements and go-lives.

At Accenture, I led order-to-cash work for 3M's implementation and rollout, mapping sales, billing, and delivery processes. I configured ATP, enterprise structure, and output determination, supported cutover and UAT, and trained end users.

I also supported Whirlpool's sales and distribution operations, resolving production tickets within SLA and working with e-commerce and development teams on configuration changes. My work included pricing procedures, condition techniques, function modules, debugging, documentation, and testing.

Across TCS engagements for DSM, COOP, and B&Q, I've handled SAP SD support and build work spanning credit management, sales documents, shipping and route determination, third-party processes, IDOCs, functional specifications, and user training. I bring eight years of SAP experience across implementation, rollout, AMS support, testing, and business-process mapping.
