At Plushvie Retail Pvt. Ltd., I coordinate operational and project work across technology, product, HR, sales, and client-facing needs. I support AI, AR, ERP, CRM, virtual try-on, and other SaaS products through documentation and implementation activities.
I coordinate client onboarding from kickoff requirements and questionnaires through progress follow-ups and project documentation. For ERPNext/Frappe implementations, I gather and structure business requirements across areas such as inventory, purchasing, HR, and reporting.
I prepare developer-ready requirements, process flows, feature specifications, and implementation scopes. I also support sales and lead-management automation, including qualification criteria and follow-up workflows involving n8n.
Earlier, at SkyBlueArts, I assisted with HR activities, sourced and screened candidates, and scheduled interviews. During my HDFC Bank internship, I assisted with CASA account-opening activities and supported customer relationship work.
