What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a client-facing role where I can own end-to-end delivery—scoping, updates, and revision cycles—while coordinating cross-functional teams in creative/tech projects. I want a fast-moving environment that values process improvements and AI-enabled efficiency.

I’m a client-facing Client & Delivery Coordinator with hands-on experience managing creative and tech projects from initial brief to final delivery. I handle requirement gathering, project scoping, pricing proposals, revision management, and delivery tracking—serving as the primary link between clients and internal visualization/production teams.

I’ve coordinated simultaneous VR/3D workstreams across a VR studio and multiple self-built creative studios, translating briefs into clear, production-ready instructions and managing client feedback cycles to keep timelines on track. I also leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini & Studio) to strengthen research/reporting and improve workflow efficiency in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
