I am looking for technical support jobs or solutions developer. Where i can put on my expertise to help the company improve on their solving incidents rate and the solutions they provide.

At Amdocs, I investigate and resolve complex production incidents on distributed systems and telecom billing platforms, prioritizing criticality and business impact for high-SLA environments.
