Currently, I manage separate external and internal IT portfolios totaling approximately $61M in average portfolio value. Each portfolio carries 10–12 concurrent initiatives across the project lifecycle.

I lead portfolio intake, prioritization, capacity planning, budget allocation, and governance. I also lead an 8-person delivery group and develop annual Information Systems Plan inputs and a three-year technology roadmap.

At Insequence Inc., I managed custom software delivery and customer upgrade portfolios while serving as lead Project Manager/Scrum Master for selected implementations. I delivered 98% of national and international software projects on time and within budget.

Earlier, I led 33 employees in regulated financial operations with the United States Army, and served as an Information Technology Project Manager in Korea, where I led 59 personnel and maintained 97% signal readiness. I hold a DBA, PMP, and PMI-ACP, along with MSP, CSM, and CSPO certifications.
