I've led international growth for Fabulosa, Antipodes Nature, and more than 30 consumer brands, building distribution, retail, and e-commerce channels across six continents. At Fabulosa, I held full P&L accountability for international operations outside the UK and Ireland and was promoted from International Business Development Manager to Director within two months.

Through B2B Hustle, I operated as an outsourced sales function for 30+ beauty, skincare, wellness, health, and FMCG brands. I built a network of 30,000+ distributors and retailers, achieved a 90% client success rate, and secured listings with partners including Sephora, Watsons, Debenhams UAE, David Jones, and WH Smith.

At Antipodes Nature, I generated $3M+ in new revenue by opening previously untapped markets and securing distribution agreements across the US, Canada, UAE, and Europe. I also launched the brand on Amazon USA and partnered with Orbico to accelerate European expansion.

I've founded, scaled, and exited consumer brands, including Volo Wellbeing, which grew from zero to 100+ New Zealand retail stores and was acquired by Grace Beauty. I bring hands-on experience in market entry, P&L ownership, negotiations, procurement, regulatory compliance, and cross-cultural commercial leadership.
