I’m a high school graduate eager to move forward in my career, bringing over 2 years of customer service experience across the retail and food industry. I enjoy helping customers find what they need, answering questions, and creating a positive experience that earns trust.

In my most recent role, I worked as a Sales Associate, assisting customers with product selection, maintaining organized merchandise displays, and supporting sales through strong product knowledge. I also handled cash transactions accurately, managed returns, exchanges, and refunds per store policy, and helped keep inventory stocked and the store clean.

I’ve also supported guests in fast-paced restaurant environments, where I greeted customers warmly, managed seating to improve flow, monitored dining cleanliness and health and safety standards, and collaborated with kitchen staff for timely service. I’m dependable, punctual, and comfortable training new team members on policies, menu knowledge, procedures, and customer service techniques.
