What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity where I can lead overnight hotel operations, support guest satisfaction, maintain strong service and compliance standards, and contribute my front desk and night-audit experience in a high-volume environment.

I'm currently the overnight on-site authority at Hotel Nobile Suítes Monumental, independently managing operations for a 280+ key property at approximately 70% occupancy.

I coordinate 4–6 front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping staff during reduced-staffing hours, oversee hotel rooms and Airbnb units, and make real-time decisions to protect guest safety and service continuity. I handle complaints, incidents, escalations, payment processes, and night-audit reconciliation and reporting.

Previously, I delivered front desk and night audit services at Hotel Fusion Hplus, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve room and operational issues while ensuring clear handovers to morning management.

My hospitality background also includes Hotel Golden Tulip, where I supported check-ins, reservations, guest requests, financial procedures, and cross-department operations. I speak native Portuguese and fluent English, supported by IELTS General CLB 7+.
