What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own payment processing and reporting, train teams, and support clients with clear KPIs—ideally in an environment open to overseas work and continuous growth into stronger payment/project leadership.

I’m a Payment Analyst and Supervisor who trains project teams in payment processing and supports leadership through supervising, charging, and guaranteeing access permissions to other employees. From April 2022 to January 2025, I focused on improving service delivery while ensuring smooth payment operations.

Earlier, I built a strong client-and-results mindset through roles including Junior Project Analyst at Accenture, where I generated reports, analyzed and reported KPIs, and informed client progress while covering managers during vacations. I also bring hands-on operational experience from hotel supervision and hospitality, along with technical fluency from help desk and informatics work, including Microsoft Excel/VBA and SAP MM.
