At HYPE, I built the HR function from the ground up and now lead People Operations across an international organisation. As CHRO and Deputy COO, I’m a member of the Heads-Executive Team and partner with the COO and senior leadership on business strategy and organisational planning.
I lead people processes for employees and consultants across 10 countries, covering the employee lifecycle from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management and offboarding. Earlier at HYPE, I founded the international internship programme, which has hired more than 50 students to date, many of whom stayed with the company.
I analysed workflows and introduced AI tools across departments, reducing time spent on routine tasks by about 40%. I also oversaw the webshop integration across six departments, completed in six months.
My earlier work at HYPE included international production operations, supplier sourcing and new product development. I bring experience across People, operations and transformation, with international work experience and German, English and Spanish language skills.
