At DevAltus, I lead finance, HR, recruiting, vendor, and compliance operations, building infrastructure behind headcount doubling from ~30 to ~60. I migrated accounting from FreshBooks to QuickBooks Online and tightened controls over invoicing, credit memos, accounts receivable, and payment application.

At Rearc LLC, I built and scaled the Business Operations function, establishing SOPs, processes, and compliance policies. I implemented and reconciled QuickBooks Online and replaced spreadsheet-based workflows with more scalable tools.

At Mobileum, I led HR Shared Services and developed compliant people-operations workflows and SOPs. I also helped implement Envoy Global and supported the transition of acquired entities into Mobileum operations.

At Mphasis Stelligent, I led Stelligent's integration into Mphasis, completing it in under 10 months with operations stable by month 12. Earlier, at Stelligent Systems LLC, I built Business Operations from scratch as the company grew from fewer than 10 to 100+ employees, and implemented Lever ATS and a remote technical interview process.
