I'm leading operational strategy, data governance, and compliance mitigation for Accenture's major Google account, modernizing high-urgency data-ingestion and exception workflows with Python, SQL, and Generative/Agentic AI.

Previously, I led Trust & Safety service delivery and quality governance for a cross-border team of 300+ employees across three delivery sites. I built an SQL-based resource allocation system across 200+ queues, cutting manual distribution latency from one hour to 10 minutes.

I also partnered with client technical teams to build a live dashboard that cleared a 30,000-ticket legacy backlog, and established human-in-the-loop reviews that reduced workflow exceptions by 90% long term. My performance frameworks sustained SLA targets above 95% for more than two consecutive years.

Earlier, I resolved complex copyright and legal escalations under global compliance standards and led high-volume hospitality teams. I bridge engineering, legal, operations, and senior stakeholders to reduce platform risk and make complex global processes easier to run.
