At BYTEDANCE – TIKTOK, I led global policy enforcement and privacy-sensitive workflows. I used SQL and Power BI to identify risks and trends, and targeted training and quality interventions reduced violation disputes by 15%.
At COVALEN – FACEBOOK, I handled high-risk and privacy-sensitive escalations, including court-ordered requests with Legal Authorities Response teams. I also developed dashboards to surface safety risks, privacy gaps and workflow improvements.
