I currently work as a Process Analyst responsible for processing cases for sanctioned countries and individuals, performing in-depth investigations, checking for mortality and incarceration, and completing cases within the required TAT while performing quality checks.

Previously I served as a Customer Service Supervisor at Prologix, handling pricing and rate enquiries, rate negotiation, demurrage charge updates, customer retention and key account management while tracking and following up on shipments.

Earlier at DHL I supported LOGIS and the New Forwarding Environment (NFE) programme to improve shipment visibility and automation, performed FWO enrichment (LCL, FCL, CCS) on SAP/LOGIS, arranged domestic trucking moves and ensured hazardous goods documentation and packing requirements were met.

I hold diplomas in IATA/FIATA cargo and dangerous goods, plus computer programming (MS Office) and in-house training in time management, communication, ISO, team building and telephone etiquette. I seek roles that let me apply process improvement, operational discipline and strong customer-focus to drive measurable results.
